Introducing the Chrome Speed Challenge, an epic, social-first activation that brings icons of speed Lando Norris, Lil Yachty and Busta Rhymes into a one-of-a-kind community challenge, synced to Lando Norris’ fastest lap ever (1:14:693, 220 MPH). The challenge: Can Lil Yachty, Busta Rhymes and various TikTok creators rap as fast as Lando drives? Can consumers?
Paid media boosted organic reach after the teaser and hero videos dropped organically on Lil Yachty's and Busta Rhymes' YouTube and Instagram channels.
Lil Yachty's TikTok duet invitation and curated creator responses were also boosted.
To further activate and engage our audience, we collaborated with TikTok star rappers Harry Mack and Baby Tate to respond to Lil Yachty's Open Verse Challenge. Busta Rhymes, of course, also joined in on the fun.
The engagement metrics exceeded our expectations and generated:
